Regarding business and delivery during Golden Week period

We would like to inform you about the closure and product shipping during the Golden Week period.

■About GW product shipping

We will be accepting orders for pre-GW shipments until April 27th (Wednesday).
The last shipment before Golden Week is April 28th (Thursday).

Orders placed after April 28th (Thursday) will be shipped sequentially from May 9th (Monday).

■About Golden Week holidays
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be closed during Golden Week during the following period.

April 29th (Friday) - May 8th (Sunday)

We will respond to all orders and inquiries received during the closure period from May 9th (Monday).

*Products normally delivered within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

*For orders for pre-order products during the holiday period, it will take approximately one week in addition to the "shipping period" listed on each pre-order product page.
