Editor-in-Chief Ishii's ``A Splendid Life of Extraneous Thoughts''

I want to do that, I want to do this. I want to enjoy life even more! Based on such greedy thoughts, we will deliver the daily life of editor-in-chief Ishii, who enjoys life full of distractions. This time's theme is "Itsuka", a Chinese restaurant that was listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide Tokyo. “Someday, someday” has come true.

The word "mercy" refers to a feeling of love, grace, and compassion. That's a wonderful word. I could feel this from the food, space, and service at the Chinese restaurant "Cihua" that I visited for the first time, but after reading the explanation on the homepage, I was able to confirm my answer. The "compassion" to the ingredients, people, and food was truly amazing.

The first course meal was excellent. The name is ``assortment of appetizers that bring good luck.'' It's a truly elaborate platter of 10 bite-sized appetizers, but it's served on a very unusual vertical plate made specifically for this dish. After explaining the dishes, he concluded by saying, ``To improve your luck, please eat from the bottom up.'' It was a perfect appetizer that gently lifted the spirits of our guests.

This season, the ``Shanghai crab steamed'' has a really nutritious taste. People who can enjoy this harmony of sweetness, bitterness, and depth are considered "adults." Of course, I was a fine adult (lol).

The happiness continued. Jean! This is "Kesennuma Keshikasame Shark Fin". The moment the trembling shark fin was placed on the table, I couldn't help but cry out. "I wanted to meet you." One bite of this gentle yet rich soup is sure to make anyone smile. What's even better is the white rice cooked in an earthenware pot, which is delivered with a voice that says, "Please leave some shark fins and wait a moment." Dropping this into the sea of happiness... it was a dish that was bound to ascend to heaven.

The taste has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for two years in a row, which is to be expected. The space can be described as Chinese modern, and the lighting is low-toned and calming, making it perfect for a casual date. The price is a little high because of this quality, but if you consider that it includes Nikita's smiling face... it's definitely a must-have for your date.
