About cancellation/refund

  • Under no circumstances can cancellations, changes, or refunds be made after the event application has been completed due to customer convenience. Even if you are prohibited from entering or are ejected due to nuisance behavior, event fees will not be refunded. The organizer will determine whether there is any nuisance behavior, etc. In addition, even if there is a change or cancellation of performers, no cancellations, changes or refunds will be made after the event application is completed.

Transfer to a third party

  • If you have no choice but to transfer your right to participate in an event to a third party, please be sure to contact the organizer by the day before the event with the necessary information such as the transferee and contact information after the transfer. If the transfer is made without contacting us, you may be refused admission. Please note that event participation rights purchased at Club LEON membership prices cannot be transferred to non-members. In addition, any problems arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved. The organizer does not take any responsibility.

Date and time change due to organizer's circumstances

  • If the date and time of an event is changed due to the organizer's circumstances, the organizer will, in principle, notify you by email or by the method determined by the organizer by the event date, unless there are unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or disease outbreaks. At that time, we will confirm whether you can participate or not, and if you are unable to participate, we will refund the event fee in full. Please note that unless the organizer contacts you to change or cancel the event date and time, the event will be canceled and no refunds will be given.

Event canceled due to organizer's circumstances

  • If the event is canceled due to the organizer's circumstances, the organizer will, in principle, notify you by email or by the method determined by the organizer by the event date, unless there are unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or disease outbreaks. In that case, the event fee will be fully refunded. Please note that unless the organizer contacts you to change or cancel the event date and time, the event will be canceled and no refunds will be given.

force majeure

  • Earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, storms, floods, epidemics/infectious disease outbreaks, other natural disasters, wars, riots, civil commotion, terrorism, industrial action, strikes by third parties, enactment/amendment/abolition of laws, orders/dispositions by public authorities If the event is canceled due to fire or other force majeure that is not the fault of the organizer, event fees will not be refunded.
