Editor-in-Chief Ishii's ``A Splendid Life of Extraneous Thoughts''

I want to do that, I want to do this. I want to enjoy life even more! Based on such greedy thoughts, we will deliver the daily life of editor-in-chief Ishii, who enjoys life full of distractions. This time, we will be talking about a special workshop held by Cartier. Key figures from Japan, not only from the watch industry but also from the fashion industry, were invited. Ishii was also honored to be invited! And what is its content?

Somewhere in Tokyo. When you enter the entrance of the modern building, you will be greeted by a staff member dressed in black with a mysterious look on his face, asking, ``Are you Mr. Ishii?'' Expectations will inevitably rise. When you arrive at the designated floor, you will see the words "CARTIER CONNOISSEURS NIGHT". If I had to translate it, it would be "Cartier connoisseur's night."

When I opened the door and went inside, I was instructed to take off my watch and was told, ``Please wear the watch of your choice from among these.'' As you select one and proceed further, you will be served original cocktails and meals related to the name of Cartier's masterpiece watches... By the way, the one I chose is the "Tank Normal Skeleton" pictured. This is a chic piece that can be described as calm and rich.

What will start from here? While thinking this, I sipped my cocktail. While I was doing this, I entered the room and said, ``Okay, everyone, please come over here,'' and the senior designer of Cartier's watch department was there!

It was a special workshop held only for a limited number of members, and the content was for each person to ``create the Santos that they wanted, something that had never been seen before.'' Various materials that imitate Santos parts are prepared on the table. While enjoying delicious drinks, key figures from all over the world will be creating their own Santos. The sight of dials, lugs, indexes, belts, crowns, etc. made of various parts using various materials with scissors, glue, and tweezers is just like an army of elementary school students who are in desperate need of free research during summer vacation (lol). Before I knew it, everyone was in serious mode and remained silent and concentrated during the second half.

This is the completed "Santos Ishii version". The title is "Hottest Time". Now that we have entered the no-mask era and the ban on nightlife has been lifted, the concept of this nightlife clock is to display the time only during the most exciting and fun times. Aside from the finish, we received compliments saying that the concept was very good.

A workshop where you can go back to your childhood, create Santos with passion, and enjoy your creations while enjoying delicious drinks and food. The story gradually shifts to the current mood and our future actions... Well, I learned a lot and realized a lot. I might use this as a reference for Club LEON events. What do you think, everyone?

See you soon!
