Editor-in-Chief Ishii's ``A Splendid Life of Extraneous Thoughts''

This time, we bring you the pattern of "JUN ASHIDA/TAE ASHIDA 60TH ANNIVERSARY SPRING SUMMER COLLECTION 2024"! Our own Girolamo also participated as a special guest for men.

Jun Ashida is a pioneer in the Japanese fashion scene and has captivated numerous celebrities with his elegance. To commemorate its 60th anniversary, the first joint fashion show with Tae Ashida was held. Tae Ashida's men's collection often appears at LEON, and we have started working with LEON where you can buy it, and our relationship has deepened recently! This time I was able to get a front row seat to watch it.

What's even more surprising is that our very own Girolamo will appear as a special guest for men at this memorable show! As a parent, I was a little worried (lol), but watching him walk so easily and receive applause made me feel a little nervous.

The show started with "Tae Ashida," where Shuzo Ohira, one of the new generation's fashion icons, was the DJ. After that, "Jun Ashida" was performed with a live piano performance by "Legend" Tetsuya Komuro, who is also connected to LEON. Ai Tominaga, one of Japan's top models, also appeared on the runway, adding a touch of glamour. In between the shows, videos of founder Atsushi Ashida's passion for fashion and anecdotes about his passion for fashion were also prepared, allowing us to reflect on our predecessors, even though he was a veteran in the industry.

Along with Mr. Komuro and Mr. Ohira, designer Tae Ashida (second from the left) appeared to give a speech at the end. Amidst the thunderous applause, I could see a momentary glimpse of relief on their faces, which made me cringe. Tae-san, once you've calmed down, let's go eat again!
