From LEON Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON editorial staff introduces the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, Watanabe, who is in charge of EC at LEON, will tell you the inside story of overseas and domestic purchases.

Hello everyone. My name is Watanabe and I am in charge of LEON and LEON that can be purchased. LEON is available for purchase and has been patronized by many customers, but we have posted the products on our website after conducting daily research and having a close look at many products at exhibitions. Let's take a look at some of them.

This is the Tagliatore showroom that I visited in Milan. Tagliatore has gotten even better since last year with fittings tailored to Japanese people, but as you can see, there are many glossy items with a slightly more formal feel. As for the gray coat, I'm thinking of doing it as a 1P item if I can get it.

This is Brioni. The photo is of the next fall/winter model, but LEON, which will be available from this spring, is also available! This is where we start selling items, and in the fall and winter, we use even more precious materials. The coats and jackets are also quite expensive, but I'm sure rich people will fall in love with them... It will be unveiled in the LEON special feature on March 25th, so please look forward to it.

In Milan, I attended a presentation by Tod's. There are no LEON products available for purchase yet, but this is one brand that I would definitely like to start selling. As an editor and MD, doing extensive research allows you to understand the overall mood and formulate a strategy, so simple research is also very important.

Now, there is also a project for a new bag brand in Tokyo! "Moreau Paris" is a long-established French bag brand, and they are now selling LEON! I think it would be really cool to see the PVC with the unique graphics on it look worn out. Please look forward to the LEON special feature on March 25th!

I also did some research at IERIB's atelier in Kyoto. Basically, it's a made-to-order brand, but since they have a huge number of models and types of leather, I was wondering if they could come up with something new. The founder, Reishi Tanaka, is a wonderful pervert who recently started getting a hunting license and is able to kill and dispose of wild boars and deer by himself and make leather jackets. The fitting is by far the best.

As many of you may know, Autry is making a big splash in Italy. In Florence and Milan, everyone was wearing them a lot. I've been introducing it here and there since last year, but I thought I'd start selling it in earnest... What do you think, everyone?

So, this time we went to the Italian restaurant "La Bisboccia" in Tengenji for a meat study session... Wow, I often wonder why there's a meat party, but it's only natural that once you know the material, a plan will come to it (smug). This time it was Irish beef, but last time I attended a study session on Kiana beef. When you understand the characteristics of the material, you can understand its strengths. When you understand its strengths, you can understand its appeal. When you understand its appeal, content is created → events. That's what I want to do. As someone who helped out with the first ``LEON's Gastronomy'' the other day, I thought I should learn more about this.

Chef Kobayashi of "Villa Aida", which was ranked 14th in the ASIA BEST 50 RESTAURANT, cooked the ingredients I had arranged with the cooperation of Mr. Sayu, an ingredients import company. It was a great feeling of honesty. It was...Kiana beef, pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella. If you don't know the quality of the ingredients, you won't have a common language with the chefs.

Well, Watanabe is always going here and there, but he is acting with the sole purpose of wanting everyone to have the best experience. There are a lot of things that are not quite right, but if you have any opinions about what could have been done with a more affordable LEON, please let us know. I will continue to pursue being popular in the future!
