From Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff introduces the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, Tsuzaka, part 2 of the editorial department in charge of blonde hair, will be reporting on the exhibition of Berluti's new products for the next season.

Hello, good evening, good morning. This is Tsuzaka from LEON. The fashion magazine that goes on sale on September 25th is a fall/winter issue, so it has a lot of fashion-related tie-ups. So, one of the companies I was in charge of was Berluti. In fact, he is a man who loves Berluti so much that he is called Mr. Berluti of LEON.

Now, when it comes to Berluti, one of its representative business cards is the Scritto. It is said to be an homage to calligraphy, inspired by handwritten documents from the 18th century. This year, Berluti has announced a new pattern other than Scritto. That is the "Toile Marbeuf" series. Inspired by the patterns used to decorate the iron doors and stairs of a boutique on Rue du Marboeuf in Paris. I have a feeling that the chic and classic pattern will become a new Berluti icon.

A presentation of the "Toile Marbeuf" series was held. Since the theme of this series is travel, the various bags from this series were displayed in the studio, which has been converted into a hotel, in a style similar to what you would see at a hotel while actually traveling.

Introducing Berluti's new Leeds in the November issue. Since the theme was travel and Berluti, I looked for a classic hotel to take the photo. Finding locations that match these themes is part of the editorial work.

Please be sure to check out how long the photo was taken!
