From Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff introduces the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, Yagi, who is in charge of lifestyle in the editorial department, appears.

I was in charge of the Korean special feature in the December issue, and the Korean gourmet fever hasn't cooled down yet! I'd like to introduce you to Seoul gourmet food that you'll want to visit again.

1. “Nira Chijimi”

The authentic pancake I had as a side menu at Usumu, a restaurant specializing in stewed beef Achilles tendon, was thin and crispy with chives all over it! It also went perfectly with the fluffy makgeolli. When I go to Korea, I'm fascinated by garlic and chive dishes, so I'm afraid I'll get bad breath!

2. “Gangjang Gejang”

Commonly known as ``rice thief,'' this dish is made by marinating raw blue crabs in salt and an original pickling sauce. It seems that the quality varies depending on the restaurant, but the one I ate at near the place I was interviewing was Atari. If you mix crabmiso and rice and eat it, it will fly.

3. “Fried Olives”

It's not Korean food! I know I'm going to complain, but it was really delicious! A snack dish from Mia Jung, which serves modern Korean cuisine. The crust is crunchy, and the green olives inside have just the right amount of salt and are crunchy like small plums, so you can't stop drinking the wine! Be sure to order one when you visit.

I told you about my memorable MY SEOUL FOODS. Anyon! !
