From Editor's

This is a corner where LEON editorial staff members share the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, Ichimura, the real estate mogul (in charge) of the editorial department, appears.

Hello, this is Ichimura. In my last column, I talked about how interesting it is to change your perspective. Today, we will consider the "perspective" when introducing something to someone, even if they have the same viewpoint.

When recommending something to someone, you always look for its charm or characteristics. This is the so-called recommended point. In the case of LEON, the hook is ``popular,'' but by tweaking this point a little, you can catch the other person's interest, make them listen to your story with surprise, or make them read to the end. You may receive one. Of course, if the essence of the game is off, we won't be talking about it, but if the final landing is within the initially set target, the more roundabout the approach, the more interesting it is.

In fact, LEON's recommendations look like this. It's interesting because these "detours" reflect the writer's quirks, experience, and outlook on life, creating a unique manuscript.

The subject of today's perspective is the Edra, which is known as the Rolls of the furniture world. At the presentation at W Osaka that I visited the other day, I was able to hear about countless charms. However, the words that struck me the most were:

Although it was founded in 1987, there are only 22 series of items.

That phrase. The fact that it took more than seven years to create the sofa's sponge foam, and that each piece was made by hand by a craftsman is amazing. However, this one phrase was much more impressive to me.

Founded in 1987, this year should be the brand's 36th year, but the fact that there are only 22 series of items means there have been 12 years without a new release. In fact, it's calculated that he only releases one work every three years. No matter how many words brands try to describe their products, nothing can compete with the fact that I arrived at it myself.

Let me show you a glimpse of their products...

MARGHERITA

VERMELHA

POLTRONA-Modifica

GETSUEN

With 22 films in 36 years, it's no surprise that it has such a unique and original look. They are a luxury furniture manufacturer from Tuscany, Italy, but they have made a comeback in Japan this season through the hands of Osaka's interior select shop "Living House." If you're an old man who has a passion for furniture, why not stop by and check it out?

The item that I thought was most popular at the recital is featured in the February issue of LEON Recommendations, which will be released on December 25th, so I hope you enjoy it along with this spin-off article.
