Agricultural production corporation Nuchibuta Farm is a producer that raises wild boars on the mountaintops of Kunigami Village, surrounded by abundant nature. They were the first in Okinawa to brand wild boars, and named them "Nuchibuta" (Life Pig) with gratitude for the lives of the wild boars. Wild boars take three times longer to ship than regular pigs, and this time creates the delicious flavor of the meat. They are also committed to free-range breeding, raising them in a stress-free environment without any hormones or antibiotics. At Delicatessen Nuchibuta, they process the meat into sausages and hams.
