HOSIO

"HOSIO" is a private label of Emmegierre Fashion, which was founded in 1962 in Bergamo, Italy by Erminio Vavassori and his wife Rosa Frigerio. Emmegierre Fashion was founded in 1962 in Bergamo, Italy as a small knitwear manufacturer. In 2004, the next generation Gigi & Roberto Vavassori launched a collection of men's and women's wear as a new project exploring special materials and finishes, focusing especially on men's wear. In 2013, Roberto Vavassori released the collection "HOSIO" (Ogio), which utilizes the know-how of Antonio Marras and Paolo Pecora, in order to propose new combinations inspired by casual and chic to modern, sophisticated and elegant men. The brand name comes from HOMME (French for man) and OSIO (the town where the brand was born). The brand philosophy is to create high-quality products that incorporate trends while being simple, focusing on natural materials, yarns and knitting. HOSIO offers a collection that combines fashion and classic styles, based on a total range of simple and sophisticated knit items.
