Ken's Cafe Tokyo celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. The award-winning gateau chocolat uses the chocolate ``KEN'S BLEND CRIOLLO,'' which was mixed by DOMORI founder Gianluca Franzoni himself. Please enjoy the various textures and melt-in-your-mouth textures that change depending on the temperature, such as chocolate terrine at room temperature, raw chocolate sensation when chilled, and chocolate fondant when lightly warmed in the microwave.
