Ciro Paone, born into a family that has run a clothing wholesaler for seven generations, has deepened his friendship with Sarto and others, while at the same time inheriting and preserving the culture of fine tailoring in response to the aging of craftsmen and changes in the environment surrounding Naples. Recognizing the need to continue, Kiton was established in 1969 with the aim of creating the best suits of a new era using Neapolitan tailoring that had been passed down through generations.
