LILLUNN

Lillunn was founded in 1953 by Norwegian designer Unn Søiland Dale. She was inspired by the blankets used to keep warm on the deck of a cruise ship, and created high-quality clothing. Unn Søiland Dale began her fashion career as a model in Paris in the 1950s, and then aimed to become a hand-knitted designer like Marius, who spread hand-knitted fashion throughout Europe. Thirty years later, in the 1970s, after a fateful encounter in Paris, she worked with French fashion houses such as Dior and GIVENCHY, creating high-quality hand-knitted collections.
