Club LEON is a subscription product in which the monthly membership fee is automatically charged every month. Please see the bottom of this page for information on joining and canceling.

[Service contents]

1. LEON magazine delivered every month

Sorry for the wait! This is a plan to deliver the magazine that we have been considering since the beginning. It has finally come to fruition in October 2022. Club LEON members will receive the LEON magazine as a newsletter around the 25th of each month. Please enjoy the joy of receiving LEON every month.

*This applies to members who have completed payment of their monthly membership fee by the 10th of each month. Delivery dates and times may vary slightly depending on your region.

2. Membership Benefits

Previously, we offered the special rubber charm to Club LEON members for three months, but we want you to feel the groove of being a Club LEON member and the proof of your friendship! So we've moved it to a membership benefit. If you have this, you can be sure to have a great time together.

*This does not apply to members who have already received the item or those who join with the "Kaeru LEON" GOLD, PLATINUM, or BLACK rank benefits. It will take 2-3 weeks from the time of joining until delivery.

3. Buy LEON ¥3,000 coupon every month

Club LEON members will receive a ¥3,000 coupon that can be used on the LEON official EC site "Kaeru LEON" on the 15th of every month. Please use it to help with your daily shopping.

*Coupons will be sent by email when you sign up and on the 15th of each month. Coupons have terms of use and expiration dates. Terms of use: Coupons can be used on purchases totaling 20,000 yen or more. Expiration date: One month from the date of issue.

4. Priority treatment for various events

It is no exaggeration to say that LEON's greatest attraction is the special benefits we offer for various events, and we will also be enhancing them. Until now, the main benefit has been advance ticket sales, but from now on, we will be clearly differentiating ourselves by offering special seating and premium alcoholic beverages.

5. Right to participate in online events

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been focusing on online events. Online events can be participated in from anywhere in the country as long as you have an internet connection, and we will continue to provide interesting events as one of the attractions of Club LEON. We are also planning hybrid events with offline events, so please look forward to them.

6. Members-only content

We will start a series just for Club LEON members. We will provide exclusive content from the LEON world, including fashion, cars, watches, nightlife, and more. There will be information that is not included in the magazine or "LEON.JP", and there will also be a series by Editor-in-Chief Ishii that can only be read here!

* Member-only content is updated on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It can be viewed on the members-only site. To use the members-only site, you must be a Club LEON member and logged in.

7. Members-only website

A special website that only Club LEON members can access has been opened. The site is packed with content, including a message board where you can interact with editorial staff and member-only content. Be sure to check it out as useful information will be posted before the magazine goes on sale.

*The members-only site can be used by Club LEON members who are logged in.

[Regarding membership]

We will review your application within 5 business days. You can use the facility after the review is complete. Business hours are weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; during the New Year's holidays and other long holidays, we will follow the closure information posted on the website). The current month's membership fee will be charged on the 1st of each month. If you join in the middle of the month, you will be charged the full month's membership fee. Membership fees will not be calculated on a pro rata basis for mid-month membership.

[Regarding cancellation]

To cancel, please contact Kaeruleon Customer Support (cs@kaeruleon.jp). We will process your cancellation within 5 business days of receiving your contact. Business hours are weekdays from 10:00am-5:00pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; during the New Year's holidays and other long holidays, we will follow the closure information posted on the website). Even if you cancel mid-month, you will be charged one month's membership fee. Membership fees will not be calculated on a pro rata basis for cancellations mid-month. We do not accept refunds due to customer convenience under any circumstances. Please note.
