In collaboration with Kitayama Nanzan, a meat group in Kitayama, Kyoto, we have prepared bone-in lump meat weighing over 1kg. The cows are raised in an environment that emphasizes returning to nature, and all of them eat natural feed and grow stress-free and healthy. Naturally, no growth promoters are used. Beef raised in such a natural environment is naturally safe and secure. The red meat, which is prepared with enough exercise, has a rich flavor that is most appealing. Moreover, the fat naturally stored by the cow has a melt-in-your-mouth sweetness that is clean, pure, and packs a punch. Both the sirloin L-bone steak, which combines the deliciousness and heartiness of the bone, and the tomahawk steak, the king of rib roasts, which has an impressive face and allows you to enjoy three types of cuts (the rib core, rolled loin, and center part). "Kitayama Nanzan" selects the meat in good condition from the following three brands and delivers it to the customer.

・Kyotankuro Wagyu beef raised at the Japan Sea Ranch in Kyotango, a special brand only available in Nanzan. It is a cross between Tankaku beef and Kuroge Wagyu beef, and is characterized by its fine texture and melt-in-the-mouth flavor. They eat soy sauce lees and Kyoto tofu okara, and the flavor is top notch.

・Kokubu Beef We raise Holstein cattle on domestic feed such as rice straw, soybean meal, and rice bran, based on the desire to feed our children safe and secure meat. No growth promoters are used, so you can enjoy the taste of clean fat and rich to lean meat.

・Shiina Cow's father is a traditional Kuroge Wagyu beef, and his mother is a Holstein breed. They feed on feed made from fermented rice bran, wheat bran, and soy sauce residue, giving them a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and a rich aroma and smooth texture.
