The model name ``Rustico'' comes from the fact that it has a more rustic image than a regular knife. The pattern using olive wood is also cool.

Precautions: As long as you do not cut extremely hard objects or objects that are rough enough to scrape the blade, and you use it correctly, you will have no problems with the sharpness of the blade. However, if you are concerned about the sharpness over time, please sharpen it with a sharpening stone. Since the handle is made of natural material, please refrain from using it in the dishwasher (washing and drying) to avoid damaging its durability. We recommend that you do not soak the item in boiling water and wash it by hand, but instead wash it in cold water and immediately wipe it dry with a cloth.
