Regarding delivery ●We do not provide assembly or delivery to remote islands other than Okinawa Main Island and Awaji Island. ●SG Moving will handle product delivery, assembly and installation. ●The delivery date will be determined through a direct meeting between the consignee and SG Moving. ●We may ask you to change the delivery date depending on the weather. ●Estimated delivery date is 1 week to 10 days from the product shipping date. ●You must be present when receiving the item. ●Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns even if the item cannot be brought into your room. ●Products cannot be unpacked first before being transported. ●Furniture and lighting other than the purchased items cannot be moved, removed, or collected. ●Ancillary work that has not been agreed upon in advance cannot be undertaken on the day (such as hoisting and transporting goods). ●If the delivery route is narrow and it is not possible to transport the product to the location where it will be installed, the product will be delivered and installed at a location where it can be delivered. ●Please let us know in advance if it is difficult to bring in a regular vehicle due to height restrictions, road width, or other vehicle restrictions in condominium/building parking lots. If you wish to transport the item in a separate vehicle, an additional ``special vehicle fee'' may be charged.
Additional charges will be incurred in the following cases ●Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa Main Island, and Awaji Island. (Assembly and installation service is not available for remote islands other than Okinawa Main Island and Awaji Island) ●If the installation location is on the 3rd floor or higher and elevators cannot be used to transport the product, or if the apartment has only stairs. ●Special delivery such as time specified (chartered flights), lifting by crane, and incidental work. ●If the delivery person is absent at the agreed time and takes the package home (re-delivery may take several days). ●If it is necessary to transport the item in a separate vehicle. ●If it turns out that it is difficult to deliver the item using the basic shipping charges.
