When I visit Italy, I notice that the old men there are very elegant in the way they eat meat. The secret lies in the knife, which can easily cut thick slices of bistecca (steak). In order to find out its true identity, I kept asking questions and ended up in a town called "Scarperia". We conducted a direct interview with Artigiano Scarperia, a maker of Bistecca knives that is located in an area famous for producing cutlery that has been around for 700 years.
