Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff introduces the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, Akamatsu, who is in charge of blonde hair from the LEON editorial department, appears.

Hello! And Happy New Year! A drop of alcohol is a drop of blood, and I'm Akamatsu, in charge of Kinpatsu in the LEON editorial department. We are currently planning a February sale and a bar special feature for the April issue.

So, I went to the bar ``Punch Room'' of ``Tokyo Edition Ginza'' which is currently open for a while to do some research and have a drink, so I would like to share it with you all.

Punch Room is a bar that specializes in punch cocktails, sweet cocktails made with alcohol, sugar, fruit juice, water, and spices. So, if you order multiple of the same cocktail, it will be served in a gorgeous bowl (some of you might imagine it in a Western movie or at a foreign celebrity party).

The venue is an iconic bar for Hotel Edition, with the Punch Room being the main bar for subsequent edition openings in London since the opening of the Punch Room at Edition in London.

This will be the first Punch Room in Japan (the Gold Bar and Lobby Bar are the only bars at Edition Toranomon), so it will be a big challenge to establish the culture of serving cocktails in Punch Bowls in Japan... .

This time I was doing some research, so I had a beer as a chaser and a cocktail called ``Wet Kimono'' that caught my eye.

I would like to talk more about cocktails, but I can't do so this time because it would give away some spoilers...sorry! (I wasn't drunk, I was really sweating)
