From LEON Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff will share with you what they have learned through their daily magazine creation and reporting process. This week, we have Akamatsu, LEON's blonde hair.

Hello everyone! My name is Akamatsu and I am in charge of blonde hair in the LEON editorial department. We are currently working on the BAR special feature for the April issue of LEON (scheduled to finish tomorrow!). For someone like me who loves alcohol, this period felt like a reward...

I drank about 30 cocktails during the shooting period. All of them were incredibly delicious, but I would like to introduce three carefully selected cocktails from Akamatsu Select.

The first one is ``Latest Purple'' that you can enjoy in the living room of ``W Osaka''. It's the cup on the left side of the photo. You can enjoy the delicate taste of floating champagne with slightly weaker carbonation, violet liqueur, and citrus scents. I had already finished shooting for the day, so I really had to ask for a refill... (whisper)

This cocktail was created by Naoki Tiger, head bartender at the Living Room. Despite his rugged appearance (sorry), he is known for making complex and elegant cocktails using his skills as a former pastry chef.

Next was a drink at the "Punch Room," which I briefly introduced in a previous column. The sight of pouring champagne into this silver bowl is quite spectacular, and it's comparable to a champagne tower... (The image will be published in this magazine!)

For the photo shoot, we used rosé champagne to create a cocktail with a citrus fruit-like sour taste. It still retains the taste of champagne, but drinks smoothly like juice, so I ended up refilling it several times from the bowl...

This cocktail itself is not on the menu, but if you tell them what champagne you want to use and your mood, the bartender will make it according to your order. However, I also made a request to bar manager Kawakubo, saying, ``If any of our readers have a request to make something for the magazine, please respond!'', so if you would like to drink a cup that moved me, please do so. Order!

Next, we had a drink at ``THE MUSIC BAR -CAVE SHIBUYA-'', where the editorial department's year-end party was held. The photo on the right is a cocktail inspired by a Snoop Dogg song called "Gin & Juice." The fire is being lit to create the scent that Snoop likes, so he is lighting herbs on fire. Of course, it's legal so don't worry (lol).

It's a cocktail of orange juice and gin, but it may seem simple, but it has a depth of flavor that you can enjoy. There must be something else in there, but I can't tell you...

These are my favorite cocktails from Akamatsu Select. Everyone, please come and have a drink and experience the excitement!
