From LEON Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff will share with you what they have learned through their daily magazine creation and reporting process. This time, LEON's deputy editor-in-chief Kondo, who is in charge of cars, appears.

Nishiizu in Shizuoka Prefecture, Inuyama in Gifu Prefecture, Hakuba in Nagano Prefecture, Gotemba in Shizuoka Prefecture, Nikko in Tochigi Prefecture, Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture, and Suzuka in Mie Prefecture.
This is the place that Kondo, who is in charge of LEON's cars, visited by car for the interview and photo shoot for the April issue. 1 night and 2 days x 6 locations + 2 nights and 3 days x 1 location. Although it is approximate, the distance is approximately 2800km. This is a round trip from Sapporo in Hokkaido to Hakata in Fukuoka Prefecture. Well, I ran (lol).

This is Mt. Asama and LEXUS RZ. When you step out of the warm electric car, you will find yourself in a world of minus 10 degrees Celsius. I can't help but jump to stay warm!

The car special feature in the April issue of LEON is all about ``Cars and Travel.'' That's why I put Japan's grand tourism into practice. The cars cost about 200 million yen in total, sometimes by myself, sometimes with the help of a photographer or writer. There were a variety of car models and sizes, including SUVs, sports cars, sedans, and station wagons. It's sure to be a memorable feature, with unexpected events such as normal tires being caught in the snow, wild animals jumping out, accidents, traffic jams, and construction work. We will show you some of the most impressive scenery in advance.

The Nikko Toshogu area is famous for the taiga drama ``What to do with Ieyasu.'' Since it is the location of the demon gate in Tokyo (Edo), it is a place to pray to prevent demons. First, reflect on your daily life in front of the three monkeys...

With a BMW M4 in the pits of Fuji Speedway. I dressed up like a racer (lol)

Hakuba ski resort in a Range Rover. I went skiing for the first time in a few years, but my legs felt loose... (bitter smile)

Kondo is checking out images taken by photographer Hasegawa on his iPad. Mr. Hasegawa, this issue would not have been possible without you! thanks

Well, I've been traveling around Japan from east to west, north and south, and here's what's going on... Please look forward to the April issue of LEON!
