From Editor's

Every Wednesday, there is a corner where LEON's editorial staff introduces the daily process of creating the magazine and what they learned through interviews. This time, LEON real estate king (I'm in charge) Ichimura appears.

Hello, this is Ichimura. Day by day, the name of LEON Real Estate gets better known, the number of cases increases, and I am becoming more and more like a real estate agent. That's not my intention, but just because I'm in charge of real estate, people look at me that way, and every day I realize how special the world of real estate is, and how strong it is, for better or worse. .

As you lead this kind of life, you will come across many dream properties. However, what is truly interesting is the “difference in expression” rather than the property as a whole. For example, "KAJA DESIGN", which I visited for a special feature shoot,

Your home becomes your ideal resort.

We are a brand based on the concept of ``stone,'' and how we express this is through stones.

I visited KAJA DESIGN's brand experiential model house, ``Nasu Resort House.'' The word "resort taste" is not uncommon to hear on a daily basis.

How do you deliver it to visitors?

If you pay attention to this point, are you singing the word with a specific vision, or are you using it because it somehow has a good image? You can clearly distinguish between great brands and the so-called "noise" that isn't.

``KAJA DESIGN'', which provides custom homes and renovations mainly in Tokyo and three prefectures, is naturally in the former category, but its ``beautiful stone expression'' is quite luxurious. The resort taste created by the careful use of stones teaches us that there is a richness that is more important than cost performance.

A mosaic design of calm gray lava stone "Hitam". The stone's uneven surface gives it a warmth typical of natural stone.

[LDK]
The 38 tatami LDK is made of natural stone with an attractive marble pattern called "Quinn". Made of sandstone quarried in Indonesia, the strata-like pattern creates a calm space with the energy of the earth.

It's quite luxurious just to finish an entire wall with these carefully selected natural stones collected from all over the world at this ceiling height... It gives both guests and visitors the feeling of stepping into an extraordinary world, similar to the moment you enter the entrance of a resort hotel overseas.

This open and comfortable space is the hallmark of KAJA DESIGN.

This time we focused on their stone work, but the delicate finishing of natural materials such as solid wood, plaster, and stucco is also eye-opening.

It's easy to get caught up in the catchphrase or brand concept that's in the foreground, but Nasu's work makes you realize that what's really important is the "method" of communicating that message to the end user. This is a model house.

If you are interested in building a KAJA DESIGN home that uses a lot of stone, please contact us.
